The mission of New Life is to build relationships with at-risk inner city teenagers that will open the door for the New Life staff to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. By developing relationships and engaging teenagers in a diverse range of programs, it is their purpose to reclaim them from a violent, destructive lifestyle prevalent in inner city communities. New Life's activities focus on outreach and street work, leadership training, New Life club, Bible study and discipleship groups, counseling, summer camp, outreach and discipleship weekend camps, mentoring, sports, recreation, remedial education and tutoring, arts and drama, advocacy, rites of passage, and family crisis intervention. They share with them the hope of a changed life through a relationship with Jesus Christ. For over 20 years PCNP has provided money to allow Bo to take 30 inner-city unconverted kids to a Young Life camp, where they can hear the gospel message and respond to it in a non-threatening environment.
