World Impact-Newark
World
Impact is a holistic ministry serving the residents of inner-city
Newark. They operate Newark Christian School, a small
elementary school providing quality education at very low
cost to up to 100 students each year. The school is a great
outreach to the local community. To help support community
families, World Impact has a community development ministry
called the Sonshine Services that includes a summer day camp,
after-school care, referral service, a thrift store and job
training. The cornerstone of World Impact ministries is
the church planting teams that work with local Christians
to establish self-sufficient churches that can evangelize
and reproduce.
