Dr. Mike Flavin has been in full-time youth ministry
for 22 years and Associate Pastor at PCNP since 1990. Students love
him for his creative, cutting edge and sometimes WILD approach to sharing
the gospel of Jesus. He and his great team of volunteer leaders combine
having loads of fun with being serious about growing students in their
faith all at the same time! Mike gives leadership to a number of short-term
student mission projects each year, as well as an annual July family mission
trip to Mexico.

He graduated from Bemidji State
University with a B.S. degree, received a Master of Divinity from
Bethel Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry in Marriage
and Family Counseling from Eastern Seminary. Mike is married to
Amy, a marriage and family therapist, and has two children.

His passions are watching his kids in sports
and music, drinking Starbucks coffee, going on Mexico Mission trips and
playing percussion in the church worship band.
