2. Develop a consistent and thorough discipleship program for     various age groups and levels of spiritual maturity, based on core     learning experiences of basic Bible knowledge, prayer and life     application.

3. Impact students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through creative     and culturally relevant means by: discipling students, evangelizing     students, and by training student leaders.

4. Expand our high quality ministries to children and families by     offering dynamic programs, which reach out to the community and     introduce children to a life long relationship with Jesus.

5. Establish a thorough program for identifying spiritual gifts,     matching people with ministries, and training people for service.

6. Expand both local and distant short term mission programs and      develop the church as a training center for other churches wishing     to learn about short term missions.

7. Expand our pastoral care ministry to include trained leaders to     ensure members and constituents are visited on a regular basis and     can experience personal spiritual connection and ministry with the     leadership of the congregation.
